Delivery destinations
We offer delivery to the United States, Canada and selected European destinations. Availability depends on the item, address and the options shown at checkout. A country appearing in the country selector does not by itself confirm delivery availability. Contact support@artfanhome.com if no delivery option appears.
Processing
In-stock orders are normally processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or special-order products may require a different lead time, which must be confirmed before purchase.
Shipping options
- Eligible US and Canadian orders: Free Shipping, estimated transit 7–15 business days; Express Shipping, USD 29.99, estimated transit 5–8 business days.
- Eligible European orders: Free Shipping, estimated transit 7–15 business days; Express Shipping, USD 39.90, estimated transit 3–5 business days.
The available method and final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Transit estimates start after dispatch and do not include processing time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. For oversized, remote-area or project orders, contact us before ordering to confirm delivery arrangements.
Taxes and import charges
Any taxes collected by the store are shown in the order summary. Additional import duties, customs charges or taxes payable to local authorities or the carrier may apply unless the order expressly states they are included. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification for your destination.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking details are provided by email when available. Check Track Your Order for help. Customs, carrier disruption, severe weather and peak periods may affect delivery. Contact us if a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect; include the order number and relevant photos. These instructions do not limit your applicable consumer rights.
